EFT Café – june 11th – How To Tap Into More Patience
We all have so many things to do, places to go, people to see and there is not a moment to loose … and then – the world gets in the way.
Then we find ourselves in a long slow queue of traffic or the person we have to talk to is taking an age to get to the point, or we need to finish a task and someone else is dragging their feet.
With so much to do and so many obstacles that it’s easy to get impatient; to seethe at the inefficiency of the world and the incompetence of the people around us.
Impatience seems like the obvious response: if I grind my teeth, or curse, enough then everyone will get out of my way or help me on time – you can even be impatient with yourself.
Unfortunately while being impatient is good for increasing your stress levels, it is not so good for getting things done.
If we could be more patient we would have much less stress and probably a better chance of getting things done.
In this month’s EFT Café, Andy Hunt will show you how to use tapping to help you be more patient through the inevitable difficulties of life.
So that you can be more calm, collected and able get things done without being driven insane by the world’s attempts to slow you down or get in your way.
The EFT Café is on Wednesday June 11th, 2014 at 7pm in St Oswald’s Hospice Teaching Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle.
